Pulte Homes announces new gated neighborhood in Babcock Ranch to be built along the shores of Lake Timber
BABCOCK RANCH, Fla. – Pulte Homes has announced Edgewater, a new gated neighborhood of 166 single-family homes with premium lake and preserve views within Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar-powered town.
Built along the shores of Lake Timber, the intimate 74-acre neighborhood will offer brand new, Babcock Ranch-exclusive one- and two-story homes by Pulte that combine their signature quality construction and consumer-first design on 42-, 52- and 66-foot-wide homesites.
