Babcock Ranch Surpasses 250-Homes Sold Milestone

BABCOCK RANCH, Fla. (Dec. 27, 2018) – Babcock Ranch – the world’s first solar-powered town located just northeast of Fort Myers on Babcock Ranch Road/State Road 31 – has surpassed the 250-home sold milestone, with 254 new home contracts recorded through the middle of December.
