Pulte Homes breaks ground on model homes and sales center in Edgewater, a new gated neighborhood within Babcock Ranch
BABCOCK RANCH, Fla. (Jan. 28, 2020) – Pulte Homes has broken ground on its three model homes in Edgewater, a lakefront neighborhood of 166 single-family homes with premium lake and preserve views within Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar-powered town.
Spanning along the shores of Lake Timber, the intimate 74-acre neighborhood will offer exclusive all-new, one- and two-story homes starting from the mid $200’s that combine Pulte’s signature quality construction and consumer-first design on 3 series of homesite sizes.
The new models underway will illustrate Edgewater’s 11 available single-family home designs that offer flexible, open concept floor plans, customized kitchens, versatile outdoor living spaces and smart home technology.
The new Stardom model will boast an impressive, oversized walk-in closet in the owner’s suite, and an expansive covered lanai to enhance its 2,269 square feet of living space. Sleek, modern cabinetry in shades of soft grey will be paired with washed wood-look tile floors and multi-toned accent tiles in greys and cool whites. The flexible floor plan can be configured with up to three bedrooms, three full baths and a two- or three-car garage.
With up to five bedrooms and three baths, the Mystique model will offer plenty of room for growing families or visiting guests, with a customizable floor plan of 1,889 to 3,037 square feet of living space. Elegant white and gray colored quartz countertops will complement creamy white kitchen cabinetry and brushed nickel hardware.
The Hallmark model will offer up to three bedrooms and two baths in 1,655 well-organized square feet of living space. A centrally located flex room can serve as a convenient home office or hobby space. The kitchen will feature espresso-finished raised panel cabinetry and an on-trend subway tile backsplash.
Edgewater at Babcock Ranch will have its own private amenity center with a heated pool, cabana, and fire pit, along with outdoor space for gathering with friends and neighbors. The new neighborhood will offer unique connectivity with nature, with walking trails that will be interconnected within the community.
